All of us know that Improving Search Engine Ranking is important if we want to get the benefit from our website. Lots of us will readily agree that Improving Search Engine Ranking on any search engine is an essential part of running a successful website, because we all know that the closer the top we appear, the more visitors we are going to get.
In simple terms that view is correct, but only as far as it goes, and lots of Search Engine Placement Service providers are brutally taking advantage of the universal ignorance that flourishes around this subject.
The typical Search Engine Placement Service Sales Pitch will be along the lines of “we promise to improve your search engine rankings” or “we promise to provide you with X links & X link baits every month”. Obviously this all sounds brilliant and lots of businesses and individuals have been persuaded by these arguments to part with a lot of money, only to be bitterly disappointed in the bottom-line results.

Only twenty eight percent of Searchers are even PREPARED to go to page two. BUT, they will only do that if they have to. Once Searchers have found what they are looking for, they stop their search.
Think about that for a minute. For simplicity, let us imagine there are one thousand searches each month for your product.

In reality it is likely to mean the difference between 1 Visitor every 1000 years, and 1 visitor each 100 years. In other words, in either case, likely to be no visitors in your lifetime!
Not one Search Engine Placement Service will tell you this, but only a Guaranteed Top 10 Search Engine Ranking is probable to be cost effective, because ALL Searchers MUST start on Search Engine Page 1, and not a lot searchers go beyond page 1. Think about that before you employ a Search Engine Placement Service.
