Under Education
Even though job interviews have been existentfor over a hundred years, it still astounds me how only a few get to be really prepared for the occasion. The oldest mistakes are still present and confidence is still a thing that needs to be improved drastically. I devised a few wayson how to really amaze and impress your interviewer or panel. These have worked for me for several different job interviews I was in until now when I myself am the one doing the interview.
Knowing the Company
I make it a point to study many times before the interview. I seekfor the company web site online then read and review their mission, vision and background. It is also one way of determining how your own objectives and goals coincide with the group you intend to join. You have to find out the exact persons who will be interviewing you.
In most cases today, several interviewers are well-known individuals in the company or are in top positions who have already appeared in seminars, forums and summits. Find out the college they went to or even the kindof laptop briefcases they possess. You might be surprised about the variety of questions these experts can throw at you.
Getting Ready
Make it a point to appear sharp and ready. Prepare your clothes several nights before and wear only safe colors that provide a good impression but not too much to shock the panel. A suit and tie will satisfyfor the men while a briefcase for women will be enough to appear professional. If you are traveling to a different city for the interview, you may want to avail of a rolling briefcase for added convenience and ease of use.
I always prepare answers for the most likely questions like “Why do you want this job?”, “Tell me about yourself” and “What qualities do you have that will be useful for this company?” Having the answers beforehand always helped me breeze through interviews. Give a short pause before giving out your answers though, as if you have to think about them for a quick while. It is also possiblethat someone will ask you very farfetched questions like “How do they put peanut butter in chocolates?” These are only made to test how you react in critical situations. Stay cool and relax then give out the best answer that you can.
Know What You Want
If you are truly interested in the job, you should give the impression that you at least have adequate knowledge about the topics and questions. Read more books about the position you are applying for and talk to other people who have experienced being in the position. Also prepare your expectations and twoof questions to show concern and interest about the company and your possible future job.
Always be ready to say the salary range you want, work hours and other features that you want to be included in your job. It will be much easier to deal and negotiate if you are specific about the details. A lotof your bosses will also appreciate the idea that you are straightforward and direct in your objectives. Maintain a friendly, humble and confident attitude and you will surely land the job.

Visiting The Costa Del Sol In Your Car
Over the whole of the Costa Del Sol region there is plenty of choice in Costa Del Sol Apartments and for a good choice look no further than a Villa in Casares Del Sol. But what is there to when you are there?
The best way to get around the Costa del Sol is in a car, as this allows you the freedom to visit the different towns and villages as and when you desire, without needing to rely on public transport.
Here is some pointers to just a few of the cultural and historical attractions surrounding Costa del Sol that you can explore during your holiday:
The city of Malaga should be the first place to visit for any culture lover on a holiday on the Costa del Sol. Pablo Picasso was born in Malaga in 1881 and you can visit the house in which he was born, the Casa Natal de Picasso, which is situated in the Plaza del Merced. The three-storey building contains personal artifacts belonging to the Picasso family together with samples of Picasso’s prints, ceramics and graphic art. There is also a extensive collection of works by more contemporary artists.
A couple of minutes walk from the Casa Natal de Picasso is the Museo Picasso Málaga (Picasso Museum), which opened in 2003. It is housed in the 16th century Palacio de Buenavista and has a dozen permanent exhibition halls where you can view paintings, drawings, sculptures and ceramics by Picasso. The museum also holds regular temporary exhibitions. If you’re a history buff, you’ll also be in for a treat on the lower ground floor, as you’ll be able to see the preserved Phoenician and Roman ruins uncovered when the museum was being built.
More Costa del Sol visitor spots that you can view if you stop off in Malaga during your Costa del Sol holiday include Malaga’s historic fortress, the Alcazaba, and the 14th century Gibralfaro Castle.
If architecture is your interest, ensure that you allow time to visit Fuengirola. Getting around Costa del sol is easy if you try car hiring and Fuengirola and is about 30 minutes’ drive from Malaga and has a rich history.
Over the centuries it has been lived in by the Romans, Phoenicians, Carthaginians and Arabs and its architecture displays many influences and archaeologists have discovered some special ruins and artefacts there. The Roman sculpture known as “Venus of Fuengirola” is the most famous artefact to have been discovered in Fuengirola. You can see this, along with many other artefacts, in the town’s Museo de Historia (Museum of History).
You can also use a Costa del Sol hire car to drive to the edge of the town to visit the Castillo de Sohail. This now restored castle dates back to the 11th century and is open to the public. It is also used as a location for theatrical performances and festivals.
